A collaborative Teaming with GPS course highlighted the secret corners, intricate details, and Lanna heritage of the stunning resort. Woven throughout the course, a series of dramatic and meaningful team challenges required the Department Heads to work together, communicate, and adapt.
The Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi Department Heads and Managers demonstrated incredible flexibility, enthusiasm, and teamwork throughout the day. Their attention to team process and dedication to excellence led to an outstanding team building program. It was amazing to see leaders from all over the hotel come together to align their whole organization in the same direction.
