Progression Leadership supported the Thailand Authority of Tourism (TAT) in delivering a one-hour networking and team building session to 30 of Beijing’s top travel agents.
After several days of exploring the highlights of Chiang Mai’s culture, nature, and hospitality, the group was keen to engage in some reflection and learn about the many opportunities for team building in Chiang Mai.
The take-home moment of the session was the laughter as participants struggled to balance peacock feathers on one finger — which soon transferred to thoughtfulness as we considered how a simple change in perspective can lead to transformative clarity and steadiness. Progression Leadership enjoyed working with this energetic group. We look forward to welcoming Chinese groups to Chiang Mai in the near future!
